Terms and Conditions for Christmas Delivery Promotion

This Christmas Promotion cannot be paired with any other discount codes.

 

Eligibility for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery:

All orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM (GMT) on Wednesday, 18th December 2024, are eligible for guaranteed delivery before Christmas (25th December 2024).

 

Delivery Guarantee and Refund Policy:

If your order does not arrive before Christmas, the shipping fee will be refunded to you in full.

This guarantee does not apply in cases where the delay is caused by the shipping carrier, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside of the company’s control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or courier strikes).

 

Order Confirmation:

Orders must be fully paid and confirmed by 1:00 PM on 18th December 2024 to qualify for this promotion. Orders placed after this time will not be eligible for the delivery guarantee or refund.

 

 

Responsibility for Delays:

While we will do our utmost to process and dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control. In such cases, no refund of the shipping fee will be issued.

If your order does not arrive before Christmas and you believe you qualify for a shipping fee refund, please contact us by 31st December 2024 to submit your claim.
